If you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can accommodate your request. If you inform us before shipping, you will not be able to cancel your order.

Yes! We provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email update once an order is placed.

Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you. If for some reason your tracking link is not working or it is showing as delivered, please get in contact with either the courier or ourselves and we would be happy to find out what has happened.

For a self-winding watch to function properly the mainspring must build up a sufficient power reserve. Many people are unaware that a self-winding watch needs to be wound first manually before it will run automatically. This is called the initiation process and without this, your timepiece will never operate properly or consistently.

To initiate the watch turn the winding crown at the 3 o’clock position in a clockwise direction for about 20 revolutions. This start up wind is usually sufficient for most automatic watches. Please note that the crown must remain fully inserted whilst rotating.

After the initiation process has been completed the watch will wind itself automatically by means of an oscillation weight that moves every time the watch’s position is changed. A self-winding watch should be worn for at least eight hours a day to maximize the power reserve. If this isn’t possible, or if the watch has not been worn for more than 10 hours, the initiation process must be repeated.

All of our watches are at least 3ATM water resistant which means that splashes or brief immersion in water (like dropping it in the sink or getting caught in the rain) will not cause any damage. However they are not sufficiently resistant for swimming, diving, showering or bathing.

If the goods you receive are defective, please do not remove the protective film, do not cut the strap, and do not wear it before you can change the style. It is considered used if it has been worn and the protective film has been removed! We do not accept returns or exchanges, only repairs. Thank you for your cooperation!

1. We will provide you with a five-year warranty service, which of course refers to free warranty for non-human damage. For man-made damage (such as problems caused by falling, bumping, hitting the table, exceeding the waterproof range and causing water ingress, shaking the watch vigorously, etc.), we will repair it at a cost.
Note: Even genuine products worth tens of thousands of dollars only have a warranty on the movement, and replacement of accessories requires a fee.

2. Non-free warranty scope: Normal wear and tear of the watch case, damage to the leather strap, fading of gold-plated watches due to normal use, etc. are not covered by the free warranty.

3. For watches that have exceeded the warranty period, we provide lifetime cost maintenance.

When you find that there is a problem with the watch you purchased, such as the watch running abnormally, the watch mirror being damaged, the watch having a large time difference, the dial scale falling off, etc., if you need after-sales service – after-sales repair, please contact the official customer service in time.

When you receive the goods, if there is no quality problem with the watch itself, returns or exchanges will not be allowed in principle.

After receiving the goods, if there is a problem with returning or exchanging the goods, you will need to pay the shipping fee for sending the goods back and returning the goods. When you receive the item, please be sure not to remove the protective film or wear it. Check if there is any problem first, otherwise it cannot be replaced.

Special instructions: Returns and exchanges will not be processed under the following circumstances:
(1) Any watch not sold by WatcherWord official flagship store.

(2) Watches that have problems due to abnormal use and storage (collision, scratches, self-disassembly, repair, abuse or incorrect operation).

(3) Any product that is subjectively believed to be inconsistent with the photo.
