Watch Maintenance

To maintain the accuracy and appearance of your watch for a lifetime, regular maintenance should be carried out. The interval for maintenance is influenced by many factors, such as the complexity of the movement, wearing habits, or climate – in principle, we recommend servicing every 3 years.

A full maintenance should include the following items:

Movement

  1. Disassemble the entire movement.
  2. Inspect the wear and damage of each component.
  3. Clean and lubricate all parts.
  4. Replace the hands and worn-out parts.
  5. Reassemble and check the functionality.
  6. Adjust the watch’s daily average rate.
  7. Verify all parameters according to Swiss standards.

Case and Metal Bracelet

  1. Clean and polish the case and metal bracelet.
  2. Replace the crown, waterproof gaskets, buttons, and calibration devices.
  3. Rebuild and check the water resistance.

Final Inspection

  1. Appearance
  2. Functionality
  3. Power Reserve and Power Storage
  4. Timekeeping Accuracy

Water Resistance

  1. Rebuilding and checking water resistance, including replacing all sealing materials
  2. If necessary, replacing the hands
  3. Cleaning the watch case and metal bracelet

These basic tasks can be combined with different personalized services:
